Shipping & Return Policy

 

Processing Time:

  • Pre-order season will take approx. 3 months to receive as bags are made to order
  • In-stock orders are processed within 10 business days. 

  • Custom made or pre-order items may require additional processing time.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery:

  • Standard Shipping: 14 business days

  • Express Shipping: 7 business days

  • International Shipping:  14 business days (may vary based on customs processing)

Shipping Costs:

  • Domestic and international shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

  • Complimentary shipping on orders over $999.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Customs & Duties:

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.


Return & Exchange Policy

We take pride in the craftsmanship of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.

Returns & Exchanges:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in original condition, unused, with all packaging and tags intact.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Final sale or clearance items

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at hello@princesutton.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.

  3. Once received, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
